MM & I have been obsessed with Master Chef Australia lately. It is a reality TV show where amateur chefs compete with each other in order to be the only Master Chef, who will be granted with money to start his/her own restaurant, and a contract to write a book.
Every week they have a master class where they teach several dishes and the kingfish skewers is one of them. Yoyo made an adapted version today and MM said "hard to imagine anything tastier".
Wow! Haven't heard that comment before :)
