Simplest roast chicken recipe

MM complained my roast chickens had too much flavors (orange/lemon, onion, and rosemary), so I tried this recipe last night and used only salt and pepper. I didn't even truss the chicken (could not find a proper string) but MM liked it. So I am going to stick to this recipe for a while, until he complains there is not enough flavor ;)
