Australians are famous for their slangs, and in these past several days I have heard three so far.
The first is "Mate". It is similar to "buddy/fellas" in American English and used to refer to either men or women.
The next is "G'Day", an Aussie way to say hello really.
Of course there is also "No worries", which means both "You're welcome" (as a response to "Thank you") and "No problem/I'll handle it".
