Less is more

I know it sounds clique, but it is true for pizza making. Something I heard before but verified today when I baked four pizzas in one oven.

And, yes, at the same time.

I baked two white pizzas with the simplest ingredients you can imagine. The rosemary one shown in the picture, has flour, olive oil, salt, yeast, and the herb. That's it.

It was DELICIOUS!

The 2nd white pizza I used tomato with garlic instead of rosemary. That was also a star, certainly a lot better than the other two more traditional looking ones.

In this case "traditional" means "with cheese". The cheesy ones tasted good as well but without the "wow" attached. Topping wise one was tomato, olive, pepper and onion; and the other was broccoli and mushroom.

I predict we will not have cheesy pizza for a while.
