Not St. Patrick's Day yet but I made this super green sandwich today with lettuce, avocado, and homemade Irish Soda Bread and pesto. Delicious! You saw how big my bites were :)Whoever "invented" pesto should get a Nobel Prize for peace--it tastes so good that I always feel life is wonderful afterwards! If everybody feels the same way, I am sure there would be no war...
