After the bear, it was time to get some action going in the kitchen. I baked a dozen of banana cupcakes, and they came out exactly the way I like: not-too-sweet, nutty and moist.
Here comes the best part: it doesn't have egg in it. MM has cholesterol issues so egg is not good bear food (but banana and walnut are!). This recipe comes from a vegan dessert book called Vegan cupcakes take over the world that I ordered not long before leaving the US.
