So far I haven't had much luck in tomato planting this year. Unlike the chameleon peppers, which just bloomed and fruited immediately, the tomato I planted at the same time seemed to be in no rush to flower, until today...
It finally presented a tiny flower, so delicate that you start to wonder whether it is for pure aesthetic purpose only. There will be a long way to go to the picture in my dream, where I can just harvest A tomato from "the garden" and bang, there comes my tomato-basil-mozzarella cheese salad.
Oh well. At this point perhaps a more productive question is, What can I do with one cherry tomato?
